Quick Review

All this while if you really liked the Audi A5 but wanted better performance, the Audi S5 had you covered. However, Audi have now decided to make an even better, sportier, beefier vehicle than the S5, called the RS 5.

The RS 5 is equipped with a massive 4.2 liter 8 cylinder engine that produces a whopping 450 horsepower and 430 Nm of torque. The 7 speed variable dual clutch transmission is great and can achieves a 0 – 100 km/h time of less than 4.5 seconds! When you put your foot down, the RS5 will give you a deep growl which will almost instantly put a smile on your face.

In terms of the interior, like every other Audi, high quality materials have been used making the interior a very luxurious place to be. Four adults can be seated comfortably in the sporty supportive seats with good head and leg room. Though aimed at performance enthusiast's, the boot of the RS 5 is large and does not disappoint.

As for the exterior, the RS 5 is a beauty! Whether you look at it from the front, sides or the rear, the RS 5 looks really nice and gives you a lot of hints that it is a car to be taken seriously. The extremely large grille up front and the massive rims combined with huge exhausts make the car look sporty and definitely a lot better than many competitors.

If for whatever reason the RS 5 does not tick the right boxes for you, be sure to check out the Infiniti G37 S, the BMW 6 Series and the Porsche 911 GT3.
