Newly-Renovated & Improved Nissan Service Center In Deira Now Open

On this front, the newly-renovated Nissan service center in Deira promises better customer satisfaction. As expected, there were several big names from Nissan present at the re-opening event of the new service center in Dubai. One of the names included the President of Nissan Saudi Arabia and Managing Director of Nissan Middle East, Thierry Sabbagh. He was accompanied by Michel Ayat, CEO of AWR Automotive and Salah Yamout, COO of Arabian Automobiles. Other higher-ups that were at the event included the likes of Leon Dorssers, who is Senior Vice President, Marketing and Sales of Africa, Middle East, India, Europe & Oceania (AMIEO) region, along with Stephane Lamari, the Region Vice President of Aftersales for AMIEO, plus Joni Paiva, the Divisional Vice President of Marketing and Sales Operations for AMIO.
Speaking about the new service center was Thierry Sabbagh, President of Nissan Saudi Arabia and Managing Director of Nissan Middle East. Also commenting on the event was Michel Ayat, CEO of AWR Automotive. When it comes to the recently-renovated Nissan service center, the place now offers customers a way to check-in using a tablet. The tablets will let customers know what’s next in the whole process, whilst also keeping them informed of the servicing required for their particular vehicle. The tablets also include a “car configurator” option built in for the various Nissan models that are available in the UAE. To further keep the guests entertained, the facility boasts a well-stocked cafeteria and a kid-friendly play area, plus integrated workstations for the customers whose cars are being serviced, along with a standing library and separate restrooms for men & women. The refurbished service center also features a different layout for the workshops, state-of-the-art equipment, and an observation area for customers to view technicians working on their cars.
Nissan’s new Deira facility is home to 90 mechanical working bays, 11 washing bays, 298 parking bays, and eight 60-minute express service bays. The service center will see 2,000 express services being undertaken each month, along with a total of 5,500 monthly repair orders. The center’s operational hours (from Monday to Thursday) are between 7 am and 8 pm, while on Friday, the service center will be open from 7 am to 5 pm.
