Ford showroom employs female sales staff in Saudi Arabia

Al Jazirah Vehicles Agencies (AJVA), the official distributor of Ford and Lincoln vehicles in Saudi Arabia, is set to welcome female customers and their families at its upgraded facility in Riyadh. Located on Takhassussi Street, the facility is in the Mohammadia district and is near popular shopping areas.
Joining existing staff on the showroom floor, are a team of highly-trained female sales consultants, many of whom have years of experience with the Ford brand and its products. Crafted as a one-stop shop for female customers, the dealership will arrange test drives and offer a convenient collect-and-drop-off service once purchased.
“Our goal is to create a relaxing environment that enables a new wave of customers to enjoy the entire experience of buying and owning their dream Ford,” said Mohammed Al Kraidees, Deputy CEO, Al Jazirah Vehicles Agencies Co. “There is a lot to consider when buying a new car, and we really want the experience to be as stress-free as possible for our female customers.”
Building a close relationship with its customers, aftersales services are to be handled through Al Jazirah’s Connection Centre, which is staffed by both men and women who have a deep understanding of the company’s products and procedures. In the coming months, Al Jazirah is also set to roll out its roadside assistance vehicles for women, a service that aims to offer complete peace of mind when out an about.
