Selling my clean, beloved, well-maintained GCC spec 2009 Mini Cooper S JCW edition R56 (John Cooper Works upgrade)

This car is essentially a street legal GoKart! So much fun, super practical, and remarkably affordable. The car is tuned for better performance, and has a custom exhaust (with a beautiful backfire sound!).

This vehicle is MANUAL GEAR 6-speed with cruise control. It runs perfectly. Used as a comfortable, reliable, affordable, but more importantly FUN daily driver.

It's such a nippy vehicle that corners magnificently due to the 2023 MatraX Camarga tyres installed in February 2024. The car wears showstopping red Brembo brake calibres. It is rapid off-the-mark yet fuel efficient and comfortable on long drives.

In February 2024 I also upgraded the full suspension to KW Coilover Performance Suspension (costing $1599 - Combined with the new tyres, this Mini corners better now, than new.

The previous owner rebuilt the engine from scratch at a specialist Mini Cooper garage in September 2023 (all paperwork and service history records available, including videos and photos of the engine rebuild). New full clutch assembly October 2023. The car has a sunroof, but the sunroof motor needs servicing (typical fault on these models).

In September 2024 I replaced the FULL turbo (housing, hoses, gasket, exhaust manifold). As recently as December 2024, the engine oil has been replaced with LiquiMoly 5w40 Leichtlauf High Tech + replaced filter with Mann Engine filter.

I've looked after the car meticulously and have full service history records since taking ownership - all service history records available upon request. You can see from the photos how clean the vehicle is. It is sure to turn heads.

Minor snags are to be expected considering the age. The vehicle has never been raced or used for track days. This is an awesome vehicle, making daily-driving unbelievably fun.
